The terms that apply when you use our website, shop with us or request a numerology report.

1. About these terms

This website, zevynperfume.in, is operated by Genzee Production under the brand Zevyn Perfumes ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the website, placing an order or requesting a numerology report you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order or request a report. You agree that the information you give us - including your name, date of birth, phone number and delivery address - is true and complete.

4. Products and descriptions

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph our perfumes, attars, solid perfumes and other products accurately. Colours on screen and packaging may vary slightly, and the way a fragrance smells differs from person to person.
  • Our products are intended for external, cosmetic and aromatic use only. Please read the label, do a patch test before first use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
  • Descriptions that refer to astrology, numerology, chakras, energy or well-being reflect traditional and spiritual beliefs. They are not medical claims. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely through our checkout partner, Shopify, and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Prices and offers may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order that we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

6. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

7. Numerology reports and readings

  • Our personalised numerology reports are prepared from the full name and date of birth you provide. Please check these details carefully; we cannot be responsible for a report based on incorrect information.
  • Reports and the free calculator on this website are offered for guidance, self-reflection and spiritual well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, career or psychological advice, and you remain responsible for any decision you make.
  • Delivery time, cancellation and refund terms for reports are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including the ZEVYN name and logo, product names, text, images, videos and report formats - belongs to Genzee Production or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: for example by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or report is limited to the amount you paid for that order or report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first - please contact us using the details below. Subject to that, the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.

12. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer at support@zevynperfume.com or +91 7390858007. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date shown above.
