1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across India through our courier partners. If your pin code cannot be served, we will let you know and refund any amount paid in full.
2. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹950.
- For smaller orders, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes or other events outside our control may occasionally happen.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking details to the email address or phone number you used at checkout. For help with an order, contact us with your order number.
5. Receiving your parcel
- Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting the parcel. If it looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse it, or note this with the courier and contact us.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your parcel - it helps us resolve any claim for damaged, missing or wrong items quickly.
- If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the parcel was not accepted, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Numerology reports
Personalised numerology reports are digital and are not shipped. They are delivered as a PDF on WhatsApp and email, usually within 3-5 working days of confirmation.
